Design Your Artwork Now — Free
Two free ways to get print-ready artwork in minutes: use our Quick Designer right here (no account, custom colors, working QR codes, exports a flattened CMYK PDF with bleed and crop marks, and sends it straight to our shop), or design in Canva with thousands of templates and send us the file. Either way, our designers check every file before it prints.

Business cards, postcards, invitations, flyers, door hangers, posters and more. Type your details, pick a style and colors, add your logo and a working QR code, and watch it update live. Download a flattened CMYK PDF (300 DPI, bleed and crop marks) or send it straight to us.

3. QR code (optional — it really works)
4. Send it to Happy Valley Printing
We'll receive the print-ready PDF instantly, look it over, and email or call you with a quote. Nothing prints until you approve the price — and your 30 minutes of free design help starts whenever you want changes.
Your PDF is flattened, CMYK, 300 DPI (posters 150–200), with 0.125" bleed and crop marks — exactly what our press wants.
Design It in Canva — Free — and Send It to Us
Canva's free plan is all you need: thousands of professional templates for business cards, postcards, flyers, posters, menus and more, with no watermark. Here's exactly how to get a file we can print:
- Go to canva.com and create a free account.
- Search for the product (for example “business card”) and pick a template marked Free.
- Replace the text, colors and logo with yours.
- Click Share → Download, choose PDF Print, and turn on Crop marks and bleed. (RGB is fine — we'll convert it to CMYK for you.)
- Send us the PDF: upload it here, or email it to HappyValleyPrinting@gmail.com.
Rather share the design than download it? Click Share in Canva, add HappyValleyPrinting@gmail.com with “Can view” access, and we'll pull the file ourselves — that works on the free plan too.
💡 Canva tips from our designers
- Start from the right size — use the template's real print dimensions (3.5×2 in for cards, 4×6 for postcards, 8.5×11 for flyers).
- Keep text away from the edges — at least an eighth of an inch inside, so nothing gets trimmed.
- Use your own high-resolution logo (PNG or SVG), not a screenshot.
- Bright neon colors print duller than they look on screen — ask us for a proof if color is critical.
- Need something custom? Our in-house designers can start from your Canva draft and finish it professionally.
